Are the DVD's Listed on this Site Factory Pressed or DVD-r's?
All DVD's on this site are GENUINE factory pressed liscensed dvd's. Unless marked otherwise they are region free.
How Long will it take to ship my order?
Orders take 4 -14 days to process, due to the rarity of some items on the website. Generally all orders should ship within 7 days of ordering. You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing us, but please keep in mind that it does take time for items to fill and restock.

What are the Shipping Charges?
Postage is figured on weight and number of items per order, and calculated at time of order. A general order of 1-2 dvd's is $5.95, 3-4 is $7.95, etc. International Shipping works on the same scale, but starting at $10.95 due to high postal fees.

Can i upgrade my Shipping to Express Mail ?
Yes, Express mail is available based upon the number of items you purchase. Your item will ship within the alloted amount of time (1-7 days depending on stock), and will arrive within 1-2 days of shipment depending on location. International Customers: By Choosing express mail your shipement will be upgraded to Global Express mail, which takes between 3-5 days shipping time.

What is your Terms of Return, Exchange or Refund
Returns based on "decided i didnt want this item" are subject to manager approval, this is because all items are clearly spelled out on the website as the information, audio, etc. These items are only returnable for 30 days from date of purchase and are/will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with NO exceptions. Defective returns can be made within 6 months (yes 6!) of purchase for a complete exchange for the same item only. If the item is no longer available, at that time another of similar price can be picked, if not a refund can be made. Refunds for defective items are only available if the item is not available. Exchange for items that were purchased and not wanted: The same rules apply, a 20% restocking fee is enforced, and the item must be returned in 30 days.
